Services in economic and accounting matters

  • Custody, at the disposal of the owners, the Community's documentation.
  • Accounting administration of the Community.
  • Study and preparation of the general expense budget for the following financial year. Calculation of monthly installments for the provision of funds.
  • Presentation of the balance sheet at the end of the financial year, as well as the annual summary of income and expenses.
  • Documentary justification of expenses through invoices, delivery notes, receipts...
  • Control of expenses and payments of the fixed fee.
  • Management of collection of fees and contributions through bank direct debit. Collection of meter consumption.
  • Request for late payments.
  • Preparation and management of claims to delinquent owners.
  • For those owners who choose to domiciliate the fees through the administration, monthly notification of non-payment of the same via WhatsApp or email so that each community member has all the information regarding the payment of their fees.

Services regarding meetings and owners' assemblies

  • Call and attendance at the Ordinary Meeting in accordance with the provisions of Art. 16.1º of the LPH Preparation of the minutes.

  • Legal advice on any community matter that may affect the entire Community.
  • Management, where appropriate, of commercial premises owned by the Community: management of lease contracts, rent receipts, relationships with suppliers and preparation of tax returns associated with them.
  • Management of claims that the Community may have against third parties. This item includes the preparation of extrajudicial claims against suppliers for breaches of their obligations; extrajudicial claim to the promoters, contractors and practitioners about the results of the works carried out.
  • Preparation of payrolls and contracts for farm employees.
